All menu items are cooked in-house by our chef and their staff. We offer 3 main menu choices, but our chef can help accommodate most menu needs that your party has. There are other signature sides that you can add to any menu at $2 per person. You may also add a selection of soda & bottled waters for $1.50 each. 1 complimentary Hot Dog & Ice Cream Sandwich per guest will be available at the Snack Shack up to a 1/2 hour before the end of your event. If you would like to add items from the Snack Shack or Café Bar for your event, our event coordinator will gladly set that up for you. Private bartending services are also available. Our chef can accommodate most dietary restrictions that you might have, and does offer gluten-free and vegan options at an additional cost. Your events menu choices and head-count must be confirmed no later than 7 days before your event. This insures that there is time for proper ordering and prep of your menu items. Alderbrook Park Catering is served buffet style. Food & Beverages are maintained & served by our trained staff. We offer a 1-hour service time for groups of 100 people or less and a 2-hour service time for groups of 100 or more. Maintaining safe food temperatures and cleanliness is a top priority for our catering department. Beverages that are included in your catering (Pink Lemonade, Iced Tea, Water, & Coffee) will be available 1 hour before your event start time and be available up to 1/2 hour to the end of the event. All service-ware is provided. We look forward to providing your event with a great experience.
